few select companies at a time. This allows us to become thoroughly familiar
with your company, people, product, work environment and expectations.

time to get to know your specific needs. We only present a candidate to
you after we have carefully screened him or her and determined that there is

We understand that your hiring needs and priorities can change overnight. We also understand
that we may only be one of a number of resources that you may use for your hiring needs.

SEARCH OPTIONS
Retained Search Agreement. Full retained search includes:
- Project Management Approach (assigned team to search)
- Candidate exclusivity (MR Lexington will not send your candidates to other companies)
- Psychological profile
- When possible, we will interview all candidates face to face prior to your interview via ConferView (first 3 hours free, remainder at standard rates)
- Relocation assistance to include: city cost of living comparisons, home finding assistance, preferred mortgage program, retirement and rollover of retirement plus other financial informational assistance, confidential market analysis of existing home
- Discounts of up to 50% of published tariffs on interstate moves
- Research data (we will purchase additional search list if needed)
- Inter office assistance (1000 offices domestically to assist us)
- International search (if required)
- Extended reference and personal background check on top 2 candidates
- Extended warranty - 90 day replacement
- Post placement follow-up with both candidate and client
- Professional outplacement assistance provided to position incumbent to include: interviewing techniques, career counseling and alternate career target markets
- Salary surveys (as required, we will use our project team to conduct salary and other related surveys)
- Search progress reports faxed weekly
Priority Search Agreement.
- Partial Project Team Support (predetermined amount of administrative support)
- Candidate exclusivity (MR Lexington will not send your candidates to other companies)
- We will, at your request, interview candidates face to face prior to your interview via ConferView (2 hours free, remainder at standard rates)
- Relocation assistance to include: city cost of living comparisons, home finding assistance, preferred mortgage program, retirement and rollover of retirement plus other financial informational assistance, confidential market analysis of existing home
- Discounts of up to 50% of published tariffs on interstate moves
- Interoffice assistance (1000 offices domestically to assist us)
- Extended reference and personal background check on top 2 candidates
- Extended warranty - 90 day replacement
- Post placement follow-up with both candidate and client
- Professional outplacement assistance provided to position incumbent to include: interviewing techniques, career counseling and alternate career target markets
Contingency Search.
Commitment by recruiter as to time allocated to search:
- You will know the priority we place on your search
- We will conduct a search consistent with the priority you place on filling the position
- ConferView available at standard rates
- Relocation assistance to include: city cost of living comparisons, home finding assistance, preferred mortgage program, retirement and rollover of retirement plus other financial informational assistance, confidential market analysis of existing home
- Discounts of up to 50% of published tariffs on interstate moves
- Interoffice assistance (1000 offices domestically to assist us)
- Standard warranty - 30days replacement
- Post placement follow-up with both candidate and client
